Since joining the ECC family in March 2018 after 5 years in Jamie’s Italian, Vince has been a driving force of our flagship Victors Restaurant, shaping success year in, year out, becoming consistently one of Oxford’s premier dining destinations and most admired restaurants.
Inspired by his culinary icons, friend and mentor Gennaro Contaldo along with London Chef Nigel Davis of Sud Ouest & Aix en Provence, Vince has been a creative driving force in menu development and new dining experiences, underpinned by seasonality, quality and impeccable standards supporting our kitchen teams across the business.
A true mark of an ECC leader – growing your own. Vince hands the ‘Head Chef Victors Oxford’ to Tamas Agh, formally senior sous at Oxford and Head Chef designate at Neighbourhood Leeds – his development is a story in itself. We watch on eagerly Tamas, we’re proud of you.
